The first step in technically assisting you with your ideas is to perform a feasibility study. This is a two step process:
Feasibility Check
Upon receiving your request, the analysis will be made on whether the presented part(s) can be made in PDCPD. The feedback will be very concise: yes/no and why/why not. This service is free of charge and of course subject to confidentiality.
Feasibility Study
If you decide to take it further, a full analysis can be made including
- Comments for design improvements
- Mould design input
- Calculation of injection point(s)
- Cost estimation of the project
- Evolutionary Potential of the part (if system-design innovation is an option)
